Portfolio Shoot

A directed portfolio shoot for models, actors, creatives, and small brands. We handle the logistics and bring the right team, so you get fashion-focused images without the hassle.

• Brand anchoring. A short questionnaire on your goals, your look, and where the images will be used (agency, casting, socials, brand).

• Campaign ideation. A quick call to agree on looks, mood, and what to expect on the day.

• Preproduction. Mood board, location, shot list, and a confirmed plan (time, location, outfits, any talent you add).

• Production. 2-hour session with 1-2 outfits, location included, and on-set creative direction and posing.

• Post production. 12 edited high-res images in a private gallery within 10 business days, and phone BTS shared for you to post.

• Makeup by a professional artist (1 look, touch-ups for outfit 2): $200

• Hair styling by a professional artist (1 look, touch-ups for outfit 2): $200

• Hair + makeup (1 look, touch-ups for outfit 2): $300

• Styling for 1-2 looks: $175

• Short-form video, 1 vertical clip (15-30s): $125

• Short-form video, 3 vertical clips (15-60s): $300

• Extra outfit: $50

• Extra hour: $150

• Extra edited images: $15 each or 10 for $120

• Rush delivery in 3 business days: $75

• Travel outside Charlotte: from $50

Booking policy

• Paid in full at checkout. Your date is confirmed after a short scheduling call.

• One free reschedule with at least 72 hours' notice, to a date within 60 days.

• Cancel 72 hours or more before the shoot: refund of the session fee, minus a $50 booking fee.

• Hair, makeup, and styling add-ons are booked with outside artists. They are non-refundable within 72 hours of the shoot.

• Cancel within 72 hours of the shoot, or don't show up: no refund. Arriving more than 20 minutes late shortens the session.

• Weather or emergency on our side: we reschedule at no cost.
